TurfNet maintains a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with our services. If you're not 100% happy with your TurfNet membership or you feel we've let you down in any way, just contact us at any time and we'll refund your money paid for the current year or other membership term.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your account at any time. To cancel your membership, please email Eleanor Geddes, our Director of Member Happiness.
CLASSIFIEDS
Employment and used equipment listings are free for TurfNet members. Paid listings for non-members are run for the duration specified when the ad is posted, and can be be extended/renewed at no charge upon request.
Transactions resulting from TurfNet classified listings are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller. TurfNet makes no representations as to the quality or suitability of used equipment listed, or for accuracy of employment listing information.
PRIVACY
TurfNet does not share names or contact information of members or other registered site users with anyone.
SECURITY
Your credit card information is transmitted directly to the credit card processor. We do not store any credit card information. An SSL Certificate with full organization validation, 40-bit minimum to 256-bit SSL encryption is utilized to ensure the security of your information.

The TurfNet.com Forum is a gathering place for golf course superintendents, assistants, equipment techs, university turf specialists and suppliers to share and exchange experiences, opinions, solutions, tips & tricks and other information pertinent to maintaining golf course turf -- while having an enjoyable experience and a little fun in the process.
Our primary guidelines are to let common sense, good taste, and respect for others prevail. Please try to keep to the topic wherever possible; if you want to divert to another subject, please start a new topic.
As your fellow TurfNet members rely on the accuracy and validity of the replies offered, please don't offer conjecture or anything of which you are not sure and confident unless the post is seeking possible or potential solutions, even if unproven.
Commercial members are encouraged to actively participate from the standpoint of providing information and helping superintendents solve problems.
