2012 Atmax MowerMax 100 Slope Mower is in great running condition and stored indoors, only moved outdoors to get better pictures. Only selling because the county does not have a use for it anymore.
- Model # MM100 E AWD - 1342 hours, maintained every 250 hours - 74.5 HP Tier III Perkins Diesel Engine - AWD Manual (Joystick) and Automatic Transmission - A/C Runs Cold (New A/C Compressor and Dryer Installed; No further repairs needed at this time) - Enclosed Air Conditioned Cab - No cracks in the glass - Windshield Wiper - All Lights Working - Headliner is falling down in cab (See pictures) - Seat w/ armrest on both sides, no tears in material, excellent condition - Regular cosmetic wear and tear, only notable damage to exterior are 2 cosmetic cracks on front of hood - Wire mesh added to top of hood to prevent debris from entering engine compartment - Six (6) wheels total; Four (4) main wheels and one (1) wheel on each wing
Overall, excellent condition with no needed repairs as of the last reported preventative maintenance on 10/25/2022.
