ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Role Delivering and following up on bid packages to ensure that clients have enough information to make an informed decision Develops close customer relationships and a thorough understanding of client needs Evaluates all revenue generating opportunities within a customer or prospect and designing proposals based on finds Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads Maintains continuous communication with clients throughout the entire process, from bid proposal to continued successful management services Participates in company sales meetings and training programs Serves as mentor for less tenured or experienced sales representatives Develops and executes sales and business development plans Prepares sales contracts and obtains required approvals Meets regularly with prospects to continue to build and enhance potential business opportunities throughout the business sales cycle Increases market share by achieving sales and revenue production goals Collaborates with other functional areas to access all available resources Establishes relationships with property management professionals
