The Cape Club of Sharon is seeking applicants with a strong work ethic, highly motivated and a positive attitude. The Assistant will be involved in the daily course management and will work closely with the Superintendent and The Director of Agronomy. The applicant should have experience with irrigation repair, fertilizer/pesticide application and calibration, disease identification and water management. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of turf management including: spraying, water management, budgeting, staff management, daily planning and record keeping/reporting and irrigation repair.
2 or 4 year degree or certificate in turf management or related field
Previous Assistant experience preferred but not required.
