Turf Equipment Technician
Pine Tree Golf Club is a Dick Wilson design that opened in 1961. As history states Joe Lee assisted Wilson in the original design, then move forward to 1996 & Ron Forse Golf Design lead a golf course project. Ron Forse and Jim Nagle, Forse Golf Design are the current architect of record at Pine Tree Golf Club.
Pine Tree is a golf centric, private membership from Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New York Metro area and many year-round Florida residents.
The property is made up of an 18-hole course and practice area. The practice areas include 2 range tees, an acre chipping green area, plus a precision shot area (30-70 yard short game shots).
We are slated for many capital projects during the summer of 2019 & 2020. Pine Tree will also be hosting the FSGA during July 2019 & July 2020.
The Turf Equipment Technician would be responsible for teaming with the fellow technician to have all related turfgrass equipment ready for use within the scheduling of golf course maintenance activates at Pine Tree Golf Club. Capital equipment evaluations will be conducted during the summer of 2019.

Educational Requirements
High school diploma with mechanical experience and training apart of resume/career.
Experience Requirements
2-5 years of progressive experience in the maintenance of golf course equipment or auto mechanics required. Familiarity with grinding reels and bed knives, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and making necessary repairs preferred.
