Operations Manager

We are looking for a well organized self motivated individual. This person would be responsible for the following duties as well as others that may be assigned:

• Determining work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
• Will be responsible for tracking hourly, daily, and weekly work schedules for multiple crews
• This will include the daily routing of work orders for all of the company service programs
• Will work to develop plans for the efficient use of materials, equipment and employees
• Generates sales revenue by adding new program customers as well as cross-selling and upselling current customers
• Evaluates quality of service provided to customers and develops procedures to minimize customer complaints
• Will work to maintain communication concerning customer service and related concerns. This person needs to be organized and observant
• Able to obtain a Qualified Supervisors License from the Colorado Department of Agriculture
• Two to three years of verifiable experience with a commercial landscape maintenance company is required. Applicants without verifiable experience should not apply.

• Must have a valid Colorado drivers license and a clean driving record and may be required to pass random drug screenings
