2nd Assistant Superintendent

Cobblestone Creek Country Club is a private country club located 20 miles southeast of Rochester NY. The course was designed by Michael Hurdzan with construction completed in 1991.  At the beginning of 2020 the club was purchased by the membership.  The new ownership group is committed to improving the golf course by investing over $750,000. Improvements include new equipment, installation of a new irrigation pump station, major tree work and upgrades to the cart paths. The Club has also made significant investment in the clubhouse.  The Club will continue to make improvements to the entire property during 2022 and will be starting a full Bunker Restoration in the Spring of 2023.

Cobblestone Creek Country Club is looking for a qualified individual to fill the Second Assistant Superintendent position.  This individual will work closely with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent in the daily maintenance of the golf course.  

Duties will include but not be limited to:

·       Monitor Course conditions

·       Chemical and Pesticide Applications

·       Operate and instruct all golf course equipment in a safe manner

·       Assist in water management

·       Irrigation Repair

·       Crew management

·       Participate in renovation projects

·       Assist in maintaining landscaping throughout the course and grounds

·       Assist with snow removal

·       Assist with equipment maintenance
