Starting Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Plus, performance bonuses and incentives

 Are you in the turf industry and looking for a new challenge with new systems and an opportunity to grow? 

We are adding an Operation’s Manager to our team and need an energetic leader who is looking for new challenges who will be in a position to embark on previous strategies, but be able implement new systems to our current regime.

This candidate should have turfgrass maintenance experience, be prepared to learn, have leadership experience, come with an open mind, be ready to embrace challenges and to grow personally, and as a leader.

Here are some of the position responsibilities:

-Scheduling Technicians

-Project Management

-Quality Control

-Inventory Management

-Communication with current and future clients
