Turf Equipment Technician

Lee's Hill Golf Club is an 18 hole, Bill Love designed championship golf course.  The beautiful layout winds throughout authentic civil war battle trenches and the campsite of General Robert E Lee's troops during the Battle of Fredericksburg.  The course is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia (1 hr south of Washington D.C and 1 hr north of Richmond, Va.)

The Turf Equipment Technician will perform preventative maintenance and repair of all golf course equipment.  Responsible for maintaining service records for all equipment.  The Turf Equipment Technician should have knowledge of setting up and grinding cutting units and have experience in troubleshooting  and repair of gas and diesel engines, electrical systems and hydraulic systems.  Ability to change oil, hydraulic fluid and all necessary filter and fluids for a variety of golf course equipment.  Responsible for daily setup and inspection of golf course equipment.  Reports to Golf Course Superintendent.  Looking for a Equipment Technician with great organizational and communication skills.  Strong emphasis on safety, attention to detail, and keeping a clean and safe work environment.
