Join our growing team! Turf Solutions is seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. Turf Solutions proudly offers Foliar Pak, RightLine, Quali Pro, Prime Source and Comand product lines. We also offer a complete line of private labeled liquid fertilizers, wetting agents and granular products. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the T&O/L&O industries and excel at building relationships and providing a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate has established contacts in South East Florida, strong negotiating skills and the ability to market our products and services. The Account Manager will be tasked with giving presentations, attending industry related events, trade shows and must be both personable and professional.
T&O Degree Preferred
Relevant experience in a field sales position
Demonstrated experience as both an effective leader and teammate. We are looking for winners to join a winning team!
Strong discernment, including an understand of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors and end-users of chemical products and services
Well-honed listening skills and a problem-solving demeanor to uncover needs and motivations to overcome objections in order to close a sale
Excellent product knowledge skills that allow customers to realize appropriate value for products and services, rather than resorting to price-based selling
