The Bay Hill Club & Lodge is seeking an Equipment Manager for the Grounds Department.
We are seeking an individual whom will play a key role leading the Mechanic Operation and overall management of the Maintenance Facility.
With a staff of 40 ( includes 2 other full-time Mechanics) - we have a large fleet consisting of Cushman Utility Vehicles and a combination of Toro and Jacobsen equipment. Long associated with Jacobsen - we have formed a new relationship with Toro where many new pieces have been introduced in the past 6 months. Our goal is to convert entirely to Toro within the next 12 months. All "mowers" will be on a 4-Year Lease where other items will be purchased. Otherwise the resources and support are in place to ensure success.
Given that we host an annual PGA Tour event (The Arnold Palmer Invitational) each March - this creates a unique networking opportunity with various golf industry contacts.
