Here is what people outside of LinkedIn have to say about me, my skills, and my professionalism verbatim:
" Kevin Anderson-Garrity has in his head a compendium of knowledge about plants, shrubs, trees and using those elements to create beauty where there once was just dirt. I’ve trusted him with indoor and outdoor landscaping and plantings. I like that he doesn’t “take charge” of my spaces, but listens to my ideas, and makes them a reality in native plantings. He is competent and I especially like that he is a good and honorable human being." Client, Mundelein IL
"Kevin is always quick to respond to the never-ending questions I approach him. He is dependable and hard-working. I think his next project will be my rear yard rehabilitation." Client, Northbrook IL
"As new homeowners, we were very interested in reworking our underkept, existing landscaping that previous owners had not taken care of properly for many years. Kevin worked with us to help identify trouble spots, existing plants, trees, and landscaping issues. His wealth of knowledge in horticulture and arbor studies was AMAZING in helping us understand the zones and existing landscape and our challenges. He willingly shared his knowledge and continues to help with suggestions and feedback as we revitalize our landscaping needs to make our yard and home more beautiful. A TRUE professional in every sense. Personable, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of landscaping & gardening needs! Thank you!!" Client, Grayslake IL
"Kevin demonstrated fantastic attention to detail in his work at SRCC. He was always willing to go above and beyond and try something new to give our club a fresh look. He is brilliant in his craft and constantly educating himself." Kyle Schwieter, Assistant Operations Manager at Chicago Specialty Gardens, Inc., Chicago IL

I've studied physics pertaining to hydraulics, electrical circuits, and all mechanical systems. I have plenty of letters of recommendation from the courses I've worked - available upon request. Have an extensive knowledge-base, yes, but I work harder than anyone in the industry (including automotive). Looking for something in South Florida - particularly near Deerfield Beach where my wife and son live. I train all types of technicians as well. Give me a shot, I won't let you down. Even give me a week with NO PAY - you'll be more than happy you gave the right guy the right opportunity.
I have a lot of experience in the turf maintenance field at a local golf golf and currently as an athletic field tech at Stevenson University. I also co manage a 170 acre horse farm where I mow fields, lawns, maintenance fencing and provide equipment maintenance.
I am looking to return to the turf management industry after having completed some personal goals of mine these past few years. I began my turf management journey at Atropine's Golf Course (Oceana Naval Air Station) in Virginia Beach, VA, during the summer of 2012. After completion of my graduate studies and working in the field of Chaplaincy for a time, I pursued an opportunity at Virginia Beach National Golf Club in Virginia Beach, VA as a laborer/operator in 2017. From there I was provided the opportunity to continue in my growth and development as an Assistant Superintendent at Kiln Creek Golf Club & Resort in 2018, where I was later promoted to Grounds Superintendent and worked in that role until 2021. During the three years I spent at Kiln Creek I completed a Certificate in Golf Course Management from The Ohio State University and obtained my 3B Commercial Spray license through the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (This is currently expired and I desire to work toward regaining my credentials).
I would love nothing more than to return to the turf management industry to continue to pursue my career goals.
Thank you,
Myles Shipp
My name is Chase Victorson - I am looking to shift gears back into the country club space. I am a lawyer by training but have worked in the private club space before and have recently completed my M.S. in plant and soil sciences. Long story short, I miss working outside and with my hands.
I provide value not only in my ability to lead and guide teams that curate and manicure grounds immaculately, but I can also add value as a lawyer wherever and whenever it may be necessary (employment issues, visas etc.)
I am currently an 2nd Assistant Superintendent/Spray Technician. I have been in the turf industry for 16+ years and also have 5 years of agriculture experience as well. I am looking for a opportunity as a Head Superintendent/ Assistant in the Central Illinois area or somewhere else if the opportunity was right . I am looking for what opportunities that are out there to help with my future career and goals. If you are interested in me and want more information, feel free to contact me by email at djlueb1978@gmail.com.
