I am seeking to further my career in the golf course industry; preferably in and around Illinois. I have seven years of experience working with cool season turf in the transition zone; and three years of management experience as a superintendent and as an assistant with superintendent responsibilities. I believe fully in being a good manager and most importantly being a good leader. I believe in developing a team atmosphere where employees feel comfortable. Where employees take pride in their work, are independent thinking, and take responsibility for the work that they do. In my years of experience, I have developed great problem solving skills, along with the ability to adapt to adverse situations. I believe in having clear plans and goals, but also be able to adapt as problems or adverse situations arise.

Carl Sandburg College - Associate Degree in Science
Qualifications

Irrigation, spray and some equipment expertise
