 Managed daily golf course maintenance assignments for staff at Plantation Palms Golf Club consisting of TifEagle Greens, and 419 Bermuda playing field.
 Led recovery of declined turfgrass areas during non-growing season and under vastly increasing player attendance.
 Club saw a 72% revenue increase under my care.
 Implemented a daily-managed, comprehensive watering plan yielding healthy turf without over-usage of irrigation water

 As the lead with the help of 2 Superintendents, designed comprehensive, preventative maintenance programs, yielding efficient operation of chemical, fertility, and daily maintenance assignments and supervision of staff 16 over 36 holes of Championship Golf consisting of 328 Dwarf Hybrid Bermudagrass with 419 Bermudagrass making up remainder playing surfaces. Showed dramatic turf recovery within first 90 days
 Managed irrigation system daily to ensure zero over or under-watering
 Prepared surface and installed overseeded Perennial Ryegrass to Tees and Fairways, Poa Tivialis to Greens 
 Performed administrative duties such as efficient use of allotted budget, purchasing through different vendors based on best value of dollar, and communicating with ownership group based in Irvine, CA
 Also served GM duties, with no other department heads, maintaining inventories and managing small staffs at 2 Pro Shops and 2 Restaurants
