We are seeking ELITE individuals who have a willingness to learn and advance in the golf course industry. Interns will work closely with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents to perform daily maintenance tasks. Interns will be exposed to all aspects of the operation including, but not limited to: proper plant protectant calibration/application, detailed record keeping, intense water management, and the operation of all equipment. Interns will also be heavily involved with many other agronomic practices to produce championship conditions daily. Introduced in 1903 by architect Henry Fownes, Oakmont Country Club has hosted more combined USGA and PGA championships than any other golf course in the United States, including nine U.S. Opens, five U.S. Amateurs, three PGA Championships, and two U.S. Women's Opens.
