SUMMARY: River Ranch is seeking an irrigation technician to maintain all our irrigation equipment. This equipment includes sprinklers, water lines, pumps, suction devices, valves and other plumbing equipment. Duties: Performs preventative maintenance on the irrigation system. Determines wet and dry areas for adjustments of sprinkler heads. Cleans the green boxes on the property. Properly inventories and stocks all irrigation parts and tools. Maintains working knowledge of pump maintenance requirements. Operates, maintains and repairs a complex irrigation system, including leaks on lines, valves, electrical system, computer and irrigation control wire. Conducts monthly checks of all sprinkler heads. Responsible for winterization and blowout of irrigation system, including all water lines, valves and pumps.
