2016 Turfco torrent turbine blower with remote control  meter looks to be replaced with a sticker that says 250.  air filter, fuel filter ,battery have been replaced 

 

The Turfco Torrent Turbine Blower is a debris blower designed for golf courses and sports turf applications. It features a Kohler Command Pro engine, a wireless remote control for nozzle direction and engine operation, and can be equipped with optional manual controls. The blower has a 740cc engine, electric start, and 15 AMP charging, and it requires a 12V DC battery.
