This discussion will include six learning objectives designed to simplify maintenance and promote a sustainable management plan: Understanding water and energy bills, track use and monitor billing changes (have your bills handy during the discussion); utilizing local rebate programs; analyze the facility for opportunities to make improvements (have aerial photographic images of your property for this session); exchange ideas about the latest efficiency technologies and how to implement them; how to develop and implement a master plan with quantifiable action items and tasks.
