Assistant Superintendent

Edgewood Valley Country Club is a private course located 20 miles west of Chicago, Illinois. We maintain Poa / Bent greens, tees, and fairways at a championship level throughout the season. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail - oriented  individual that will work closely with the Superintendent and staff to provide championship conditions that our membership has come accustomed to. Duties to include planning and executing daily operations employee supervision and training, crew scheduling, irrigation troubleshooting and repair, pesticide and fertilizer applications. Candidate will be expected to efficiently complete tasks while simultaneously assisting in leading the staff. On course interactions with the membership is a daily occurrence and candidate will be expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.
