Geneva National Golf Club features 54 holes of Legendary Golf designed by the masters, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and Lee Trevino. All courses offer meticulously manicured bent grass tees, fairways and greens, as well as five tee boxes offering a great golf experience for every level of player. Geneva National is hosting the 2019 Wisconsin State Open on the Trevino and Palmer courses.
Carved out of the rolling countryside, all of Geneva National’s Wisconsin golf courses take full advantage of the natural surroundings. Our golf courses are located in a private, pristine, gated community. While only a quick drive from metropolitan Chicago and Milwaukee, Geneva National offers the chance to experience three of the best golf courses in Wisconsin at one club.
Job Description
- Supervision
- Daily course setup
- Daily course maintenance
- Chemical/Fertilizer calibration and application
- Irrigation setup, control, and moisture management
- Tournament setup when required
- Assist in planning and execution of various projects
- Disease scouting
Educational Requirements
CANIDATE CHARACTERISTICS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Certificate, 2 or 4 year degree in related field
- Minimum of two years of golf course maintenance experience required
- Possess or be able to obtain a Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator’s License with the first 6 weeks of start date
- Prior experience with fertilizer and pesticide applications recommended
- Highly motivated, responsible and flexible
- Strong communication skills required, ability to speak Spanish a plus
- Able to supervise in the absence of superintendent
- Individual must be hands on and ready for any task
- Understand and play the game of golf
- Valid driver’s license required

- Year-round position starting as soon position is filled
- Annual salary of $34,000 - $38,000
