Seasonal Intern
2026 Agronomy Internships; Paid Housing, Overtime Available
Come work and play in one of America's great mountain cities, Flagstaff, Arizona. Pine Canyon Club is a private 600 acre residential and golf community with multiple member offerings. Designed by Jay Morrish in 2002, the club is busy working on numerous improvement projects including a new, 10 acre par 3 course.
We are looking to fill two positions (flexible timing for 3, 6 to 10 month internship timeframes) for the 2026 season with individuals who are passionate about golf and enjoy working in a fun, team oriented environment. Interns at Pine Canyon will be exposed to all aspects of managing a high end golf facility. Working closely with the Director of Agronomy, the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents and an amazing team, you will work through a series of training sessions as we build up toward the end of the season when interns will be responsible for running the operation for one full week. Our goal is for interns to finish their time here with a solid foundation of knowledge and skill making them ready for the next step.
Interns can expect 50 to 60 hours per week in season with a schedule that includes 3 days off every two weeks (off every other weekend) giving you time to explore the amazing natural beauty of nearby areas such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Scottsdale AZ. Life is better at 7000ft!
