Assistant Superintendent
Riverton Country Club is in search of an assistant golf course superintendent. The selected candidate will report directly to the golf course superintendent and work closely with the other assistant golf course superintendent and turf mechanic. The selected candidate will play an integral role in supervising, course maintenance, chemical applications, watering events, and both short term and long term planning.
Riverton Country Club is a member owned private club located 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The club was founded in 1900 and designed by Donald Ross. In 2022, the club completed a restoration of all bunkers and tees. The club continues to work with golf course architect Tyler Rae on master plan restorations. Along with the restoration work, the club installed a Toro LSM irrigation system in 2017. Riverton Country Club plays host to many GAP events annually.
Educational Requirements
· Must have certificate or degree in turfgrass management or related field
Experience Requirements
· 1 to 2 years-experience preferred but not necessary
