Assistant Superintendent
Broad Run is seeking highly motivated individuals looking to move vertically in the business. The drive to learn, willingness to be part of a team, and punctuality are traits that make the ideal candidate. The position is full-time with a very reasonable work-life balance. Broad Run is part of small management group that ideally promotes from within when openings become available.
Daily tasks:
-Spraying
-Irrigation
-Morning greens prep, PM hand watering as needed
-Daily course setup
-Mowing
-Projects
Normal Hours of Operation:
Weekdays start 5:30AM
Weekend start 5:00AM
Educational Requirements
Turf Degree preferred, but not mandatory
Experience Requirements
Spraying and hand-watering experience preferred.
Special Requirements
PA pesticide License or a willingness to obtain one.
