Course Information:

Baltusrol Golf Club is a 36-hole facility located in Springfield, NJ. The club was founded in 1895 and has gone under numerous renovations to establish 2, Top-100 golf courses in the Lower and Upper Course. Baltusrol is well-known for providing and exceeding membership expectations for tournament conditions daily. Baltusrol has hosted 16 USGA National Championships, the 2005 and 2016 PGA Championship and most recently the 2023 Womens KPMG Championship. Baltusrol is slated to host the 2029 PGA Championship. Baltusrol Golf Club restored the Lower Course in 2020 and has begun the restoration of the Upper Course which is set to open back up early 2025. 

Baltusrol Golf Club grounds department is seeking hardworking, self-motivated individuals that are eager to advance their career in the golf course industry. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Director of Grounds, Superintendents and Assistants to facilitate and execute all operations necessary to maintain 2, Top-100 golf courses. The Assistant Superintendent will assist in but not limited to; course setup, intensive water management of playing surfaces, monitoring and applying chemical applications, small-scale projects and all other agronomic practices necessary to maintain championship conditions. Baltusrol Golf Club will begin restoring the Upper golf course with USGA greens and PrecisionAire units, new irrigation system, drainage, bunkers, and tee complexes.
