Assistant Superintendent
In beautiful Edwards, Colorado, The Club at Cordillera (a 54-hole facility) is building a top notch team for 2024 and beyond. We are seeking candidates to add to our Assistant Superintendent team. Assistants at Cordillera lead and train the staff, make GPS spray applications, repair irrigation and set up night water. Assistants are also expected to learn how to operate our 10 pump stations and pressure regulating valve sites.
We are a data driven facility so math and record keeping are imparant to this position.
The winter is comprised of 4 day work weeks, plowing, snowmobiling, snowcatting the XC Ski trail, and cleaning and organizing the shops.
Educational Requirements
2 year degree or equivelant experience.
Experience Requirements
3 years in golf course maintenance.
Special Requirements
Able to learn from mistakes (aka happy accidents).
