Assistant Superintendent

Full-time

Bel-Air Country Club (BACC) located in Los Angeles, California is seeking a highly engaged professional to help lead the operations at one of the country’s top facilities as the Senior Assistant Superintendent. The selected individual will be exposed to leading industry practice with upcoming major projects and events such as the 2026 Curtis Cup and 2030 US Mid-Amateur Championship.

About Bel-Air Country Club:

Currently ranked the #138th golf course by Golf Digest, BACC is a George Thomas design that winds through mansion-dotted canyons of Los Angeles, the topography so steep that golfers are guided from hole to hole via a tunnel, an elevator and the city’s most famous suspension bridge, which spans a gulch on the par-3 10th and serves as a dramatic backdrop for the 18th green. Bel-Air’s design had been altered over decades by, among others, Dick Wilson, George Fazio, Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Tom Fazio. But in 2018 Tom Doak erased every bit of their work, removing most of the phony water hazards and faithfully recapturing Thomas’s splashy signature bunkering.

Bel-Air Country Club (BACC) offers top-notch working environment supported by a high quality management team. BACC has many longstanding traditions, including excellent service and support provided by the Club’s Team Members. It is our goal to ensure that an excellent level of service is maintained at all times. Bel-Air Country Club keeps the highest ethical standards possible when conducting business.

Team members create the member experience, the hospitality environment, the memories, and the emotional attachment with our Members. Team Members have a powerful role in defining the Bel-Air Country Club Experience.
