Job Title: Precision Turf Field Specialist

Reports To: Integrated Solutions Manager
Positions Summary:
Supports the advancement of technology and connected products in the region, while working closely with Integrated Solutions Manager to strategically move the AOR towards shared technology objectives with our partner John Deere.
Essential Duties:
Aid Integrated Solutions Manager on achieving company goals.
Assist Sales Representatives with coordination and delivery of product demonstrations
Talke a consultative approach to key accounts to help them achieve their technology goals.
Support the Call Center with a boots on the ground approach
Effectively communicate to staff and customers the benefits of equipment, technology, and agronomy
Assist in the leadership of internal and customer training.
Participate in regional association events to help educate customers on the value of technology to their operations with practical tangible solutions.
Travel along with Sales Representatives to assist in the presenting of the suite of technology products and become the residential technology expert.
Work with customers during installation and post-sales to maximize value for their operation.
Daily travel expected; overnight travel is possible up to 50%
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma
Experience Requirements
Must have at least 3 years of Golf experience either as an Equipment Tech or Assistant/Superintendent.
Wiliness to travel and have flexible hours.
Organized and an initiative-taker, with the ability to take direction when needed.
Must have great customer service skills and computer savvy.
