Grounds Staff

Worthington Manor is looking to add a full time seasonal member of our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in managing turfgrass, specifically mowing, weedeating, and general care of the grounds.

Members of our team work 8 hour days Monday-Thursday and 5 hour days each Friday. One weekend morning shift is also required.

Job tasks include:

Mowing tees, greens, fairways

Rolling greens

Rolling fairways

Mowing rough

Tractor blowing, buffalo blowing, backpack blowing

Raking bunkers

Landscaping

Changing cups

Laying sod

Hand watering

Irrigation troubleshooting

Candidates that have experience with manual transmissions, tractor, or heavy equipment operation will be strongly considered.
