Assistant Superintendent
Assist with:
· Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and managing crew of 30-35 employees
· Fertilizer/pesticide applications and record keeping
· Irrigation scheduling, repair, maintenance, and management
· Budgeting, Purchasing, and Payroll
Educational Requirements
· 2 or 4 year turf degree preferred
Experience Requirements
· Desire to advance within the industry
· Passion for working outdoors
· Prior supervisory experience preferred
· Bilingual preferred
