Grounds Staff

Madison Golf Club is a private 9 hole club located in Madison, NJ. We've have several major renovations over the past few seasons, including a new irrigation install (RainBird IC system and a bunker renovation on 6 holes). We are currently in the planning phase of a major tee renovation.
Duties of Grounds Staff
- Golf Course set up for daily member play (changing cups, moving markers, repairing divots, trash collection, etc.)
- Mowing of all turf; greens, tees, fairways, approaches, roughs
- Rolling Greens
- String Trimming
- Bunker maintenance
- Keeping golf course clean and tidy; removal of sticks, branches, leaves, clippings etc.
- Assisting with hand watering during summer months
- Ability to safely operate motorized equipment
- Making sure maintenance facility is kept neat and orderly
- Landscape maintenance
