Assistant Superintendent

Naples Lakes Country Club is an Arnold Palmer signature course built 1999.  The Club is a private, member-owned facility with 18 holes of championship golf.  In the summer of 2017, the Arnold Palmer Design group completed a full restoration and redesign.  Naples Lakes Country Club was one of the final courses Arnold Palmer provided design input and is the only Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course in Collier County. The course accommodates over 50,000 rounds annually, with most of that coming in the heart of season from January through April.

Under the direction of the Superintendent, the 1st assistant superintendent is responsible for directing and participating in the daily maintenance of the golf course.  Working knowledge of golf course operations, including the maintenance practices for golf course turf, proper herbicide applications, and knowledge of fertilizer applications, is essential.

Were in the middle of a complete shop renovation that should be completed by the end of 2024.  In the summer of 2024 were installing Turfhound driving range mats, along with drainage to enhance the driving range complex.

The club is looking for an individual that can assist and excel at a high level. This individual should be able assist in personal management and evaluation, employee safety, and follow a code of conduct.
