**Position: Spray Technician at TPC Tampa Bay**

Overview:
At TPC Tampa Bay, a renowned golf course, we are seeking a dedicated Spray Tech to manage the application of pesticides and fertilizers with precision and safety. The specialist should have a comprehensive understanding of different application methods and be committed to adhering to stringent safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment. The ideal candidate will be characterized by a proactive work ethic focused on efficiency and productivity, coupled with excellent communicative abilities for effective coordination with the golf course management and maintenance teams.

Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary education or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid pesticide applicator's certification as mandated by regional laws.
- Proficient in various pesticide and fertilizer application methods, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Well-versed in the pesticide and fertilizer products prevalent in the golf sector.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with management and peers.
- Autonomous work style.
- Keen observational skills and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Resilient and adaptable to physically demanding tasks across diverse weather scenarios.
- Preferably experienced in golf course upkeep or similar domains.

Responsibilities:
- Execute the application of pesticides and fertilizers accurately, adhering to established protocols.
- Comply rigorously with safety and personal protective equipment mandates as per pesticide product instructions.
- Maintain a commitment to high productivity and operational efficiency.
- Engage in regular communication with golf course management and team members about pesticide application strategies and timelines.
- Address and resolve pesticide-related queries and issues promptly.
- Participate in various golf course maintenance activities, including but not limited to mowing and cup placement.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleanliness checks on equipment to guarantee optimal operation.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of pesticide application processes, detailing usage and schedules.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in the field of golf course pesticide application.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and national regulations concerning pesticide application and waste management.

**Working Conditions:**
- Outdoor work environment, subject to varying climatic conditions.
- Must be capable of engaging in physical activities like standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
- Safe handling of chemicals and pesticides is imperative, with strict adherence to safety protocols.

Experience Requirements

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Spray Technician
