Landscape Technician

A unique opportunity to become a part of a dedicated team of professionals with the maintenance of a private, historic property located in Winnabow, NC.
We are looking for an experienced landscape/grounds crew member to join our team to assist maintaining the health of the grounds on this historic property.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Degree in Horticulture or similar field a plus, but not necessary.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years prior experience in landscape/grounds maintenance.
- Knowledge of landscape techniques, including mowing, pruning, pesticide application, tractor and skid steer operation.
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
- Basic irrigation maintenance knowledge.
- Work as a member of the grounds crew member under the direction of the Grounds Manager and/or Assistant Grounds Manager.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Pesticide application experience and small engine knowledge a huge plus.
Special Requirements
Small engine repair experience huge plus.
