Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Golf Course Superintendent to develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal playing conditions year-round.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, including mowing, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.

Monitor course conditions and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain course aesthetics and playability.

Assist in budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of equipment and supplies.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or related field preferred. (or pursuing one)
Experience Requirements

3 years of experience in golf course maintenance.

Strong knowledge of turfgrass maintenance practices, irrigation systems, and pest control methods.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
