Hiring Pay Range: $22.44 – $26.93/hour

Job Summary:
The Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of ECSD grounds. Responsibilities include landscaping, snow removal, equipment upkeep, and irrigation assistance. This position ensures that outdoor school environments remain clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment
• Maintain lawns, athletic fields, flower beds, and shrubs
• Apply fertilizers and chemicals safely
• Assist with irrigation setup, repairs, and maintenance
• Perform preventive maintenance on grounds equipment
• Support safety practices and report hazards promptly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Colorado driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Basic irrigation and small engine knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
