Eastman Community Association seeks a dynamic, resourceful and experienced Chief Maintenance Officer.  Eastman is a sustainable, intergenerational, recreational community that offers an active, four-season lifestyle.  (https://tinyurl.com/EastmanFacts) Eastman is in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire.  Our prime location makes us a popular year-round destination.  This is a full-time, non-union, department head position that reports directly to the General Manager.  This position is responsible for supervising, directing, and managing all administrative and technical aspects of Eastman’s Maintenance Department, which includes two divisions, Roads & Facilities and Golf Course and Outdoor Amenities. Successful candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of leading a comprehensive Maintenance department with a special focus on capital planning and project oversight.  A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly desired; however, a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to succeed in this position will be considered.  Eastman Community Association offers a competitive benefit package.  Salary range to $105,000; starting salary commensurate with qualifications.  Eastman Community Association is an equal opportunity employer.
