Grounds Staff

We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Golf Course Maintenance Worker to join our groundskeeping team. This position is essential to maintaining the overall appearance, playability, and health of the golf course. The ideal candidate will assist with daily course maintenance, ensuring high-quality standards that provide an exceptional experience for golfers.

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, surrounds, and approaches using riding and/or walk-behind equipment

• Rake and maintain sand bunkers manually or with mechanical bunker rakes

• Assist with sod laying, seeding, and turf repair as needed

• Operate a variety of hand tools, power equipment, and light machinery

• Install, repair, and maintain cart paths, including edging and resurfacing

• Perform general landscape tasks such as trimming, edging, pruning, and debris removal

• Help with aerification, topdressing, and fertilizing of turf areas

• Identify and report potential issues such as pests, turf damage, or irrigation problems

• Maintain and clean equipment after use, ensuring safe operation at all times

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines as directed by supervisors

• Perform additional duties as assigned related to golf course maintenance
