Assistant Superintendent
Located in the heart of Naples, Lely Resort Golf & Country Club is home to 54 holes of championship golf, including The Classics Country Club, host of the 2019 PGA Tour Chubb Classic.
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our team at The Classics. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a premier private club while working directly under our new Director of Maintenance. Together, you’ll help shape a new culture of excellence and innovation in course care and management.

Experience Requirements
3–5 years of golf course maintenance experience
2- or 4-year degree (or certificate) in turf management or related field
Previous management or leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of the standards required to deliver excellent playing conditions
