Assistant Superintendent

Harbor Shores is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to play a vital role within the course management team. As an integral member of the team, the Assistant Superintendent will be involved in overseeing various upcoming projects, to help expand and enhance the property at Harbor Shores. Responsibilities of the Assistant Superintendent will include assisting with day-to-day operations, ensuring the course meets the highest standards, managing staff, and collaborating closely with the Superintendent, other Assistants, and Equipment Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working on exciting projects to enhance the golf course's quality and facilities. At Harbor Shores a healthy work life balance is promoted with weekends off from Thanksgiving-April. Weekly summer hours range from 45-50 hour work weeks and in the winter 35-40 hour work weeks.
