We’re looking for an assertive, motivated Assistant Superintendent ready to step into a leadership role on a championship-level course. With major upgrades completed (drainage, irrigation, bunkers with Capillary Flow liner and ProAngle bunker sand, tees, and sod installation), this is your chance to grow your career at one of Pennsylvania’s premier private clubs.

Educational Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 🎯 Assertive, proactive leader ready to take charge on the course

  • 🌱 Hands-on experience in golf course maintenance or landscape management

  • 💧 Strong knowledge of turf, irrigation, and bunker care

  • 📋 Organized, detail-driven, and confident managing staff and schedules

  • 🎓 Turfgrass, horticulture, or related degree/certificate preferred (but not required for the right candidate)

  • 💪 High-energy problem solver who thrives in a team environment
