What You’ll Do
- Daily course maintenance & championship prep (course setup, mowing, spraying, hand-watering, irrigation repair).
- Lead & manage crews on projects big and small.
- Learn equipment care with a dedicated week in the shop.
- Take ownership by scheduling weekly maintenance tasks and overnight irrigation cycles.
- Gain hands-on construction and grow-in experience.
Educational Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Students currently enrolled in a Turfgrass Management program (2- or 4-year, or certificate).
- Prior turf/golf course experience is helpful, but not required – we’ll teach you.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented individuals ready to jump in and make an impact.
