Seasonal Intern

Wianno Club is a historic private country club overlooking Nantucket Sound on Cape Cod. We are seeking motivated Turfgrass Interns to join our Turf Management team for the 2026 season.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in all areas of golf course management, including:

• Course setup and daily conditioning

• Irrigation and hand-watering practices

• Fertilizer and pesticide applications

• Crew leadership and scheduling

• Construction and restoration projects

Interns will work closely with the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, Equipment Manager, and Irrigation Technician, learning every aspect of turf operations. To prepare for future leadership roles, interns will also have the opportunity to lead the crew for one week during the summer, simulating the role of an Assistant Superintendent.
