Horticulturist

Full-time

The Director of Horticulture will lead all horticultural operations at The Fall Line—managing ornamental landscapes, hardscapes, turfgrass areas, irrigation scheduling and repair, rights-of-way, roads and roadsides, fertilizer and chemical treatments, tree removal, pruning, mowing, and other property-wide tasks—while embedding positive, sustainable, regenerative practices throughout.

This role is both visionary and hands-on. It demands deep technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to elevating the property’s horticultural and ecological standards.
