Seasonal Intern
The Harvester Club is seeking Interns for the 2026 golf season. We are located in the center of the state of Iowa and the golf course encompasses the land on nearly 400 acres, set amongst the natural features of the site utilizing the land to create a very unique golf experience for our members and their guests. The Club was built on the enduring principles of the past, an old-fashioned golf club dedicated to the simplicity and authenticity of the game of golf and Iowa’s values of hard work, honesty, integrity and helping one another. We strive to maintain the course in a simple manner with very fast and firm conditions focused purely on golf.
We are looking for individuals to join our maintenance team to help facilitate what is required to maintain the course conditioning at a very high level and to be an essential part of making continued improvements throughout the golf course. This is a great opportunity to learn how to efficiently maintain a very large property effectively and sustainably, enabling you to grow and expand your experiences and abilities in pursuit of the next step in your career.

Educational Requirements
Enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year turf program or similar field.
Experience Requirements
prior golf course maintenance experience helpful but not required.

The Harvester Club is seeking applications from individuals with a great work ethic and a passion to improve themselves in their experiences required to reach their goals on their career paths.
Interns will be exposed to all aspects of golf course maintenance, including but not limited to course setup and water management, mowing, topdressing, gps sprayer applications, fertilizer application and calibration, bunker maintenance, irrigation repair and maintenance, small group leadership within our daily maintenance routines. We welcome anyone who is willing to work hard, learn and we will do our best help you get the most out of your experience here.
