Seasonal Intern
Colleton River Club is a 1,500-acre private gated golf community offering a rare opportunity to work on not one, but two championship level courses. Colleton River is comprised of a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, Pete Dye Signature Course, and a 9 Hole Borland par 3 course. The Club is ideally located just off Hilton Head Island.
Colleton River has recently engaged renowned course architect, Andrew H. Green, who has begun the master planning process for a renovation of the Nicklaus Course. Additionally, the agronomy department is actively pursuing technology to convert the maintenance of the course roughs to a fleet of robotic mowers. Facilities annually host the MSU Collegiate Golf Tournament and routinely hold both State and regional qualifiers. Interns will be exposed to all levels of golf course operations, maintenance, and ultra dwarf Bermudagrass greens management. Position requires daily interaction with department directors and course superintendents.
Colleton River Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
