Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Spray Technician to join our team.  You will be working as the lead Spray Tech.  Because of the small team size, reliability and consistency are critical. This role is ideal for someone with field experience who enjoys the golf course environment and wants to grow with the company long term.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively apply turf care products (fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides) to golf courses and grounds.

• Operate and maintain spray equipment, vehicles, and related tools.

• Mix and calibrate chemical applications according to specifications.

• Monitor turf conditions and assist in developing application plans.

• Maintain accurate records of product usage and applications.

• Work closely with the lead technician to ensure schedules and standards are met.

• Uphold safety and environmental regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to pass E-Verify and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check prior to employment.

• Previous experience in turf care, landscaping, or spray application (golf course experience highly preferred).

• Strong reliability, consistency, and ability to work independently.

• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

• Willingness to work in a golf course–oriented environment and fit in with a superintendent-style culture.

• State pesticide license preferred, but not required (company can support training and certification).
