Seasonal Intern
The Greens Internship immerses individuals in the intricacies of maintaining and enhancing the Club’s greens and outdoor spaces. Interns rotate through various tasks such as mowing, irrigation system maintenance, landscaping projects, and pest control. Under the guidance of experienced Groundskeepers, Grounds Superintendents, and the Director of Grounds, interns gain hands-on experience in advanced turf management practices, ensuring the Club’s outdoor areas are pristine and inviting for members and guests.
Educational Requirements
- Students or recent graduates in turfgrass management, horticulture, or related fields.
- Candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for golf course management.
- Applicants willing to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Individuals seeking hands-on experience to prepare for an Assistant Superintendent role.
Experience Requirements
- Current enrollment in an accredited turfgrass management program or related area of study.
