Assistant Superintendent

Long Point is a private, upscale country club located on the beautiful Amelia Island.  We are seeking a driven and self-motivated 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our high-performing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is committed to helping us maintain championship-level conditions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the 1st Assistant Superintendent to lead, organize, and motivate a team of 25 while ensuring daily tasks and long-term projects are completed to the highest standards. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a clear desire to take on increasing responsibility and grow within the turf industry.
