Assistant Superintendent
Full-time
Assist with:
- Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and managing crew of 30-35 employees
- Fertilizer/pesticide applications and record keeping
- Irrigation scheduling, repair, maintenance, and management
- Budgeting, Purchasing, and Payroll
Educational Requirements
2 or 4 year turf degree preferred
Experience Requirements
- Desire to advance within the industry
- Passion for working outdoors
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
