Assistant Superintendent
Red Tail Golf Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Superintendent to join a fast-paced, hands-on agronomy operation at our 18-hole public golf facility. This is a great opportunity for a career-driven assistant looking for real responsibility, leadership experience, and professional growth.
The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to oversee daily maintenance operations, manage staff, and help deliver consistent, high-quality playing conditions. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a visible impact on the golf course every day.
Educational Requirements
Degree or coursework in turfgrass management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience Requirements
2+ years at the Assistant Superintendent level or equivalent
Special Requirements
MA pesticide applicator's license / ability to obtain with-in 90 days
